SAPC offers eight categories of services: Architectural Design, Structural Design & Analysis, MEPF Design, Civil & Infrastructure Design, PEB & Industrial Design, Interior Design & Turnkey Projects, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), and Specialized Consultancy services such as BOQ preparation, tender document drafting, design vetting, and codal compliance audits.

SAPC is headquartered in Vesu, Surat, Gujarat, with a second office in Ahmedabad. The Surat office handles core design operations and the Ahmedabad office supports client coordination, PMC engagements, and regional outreach.

Design consultancy services are delivered pan-India. Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is primarily delivered in Gujarat, with select pan-India engagements where the project scale, client relationship, or scope justifies deployment.

Design Consultancy means SAPC produces the drawings, BOQs, and specifications that define what is to be built. PMC means SAPC manages how it gets built — supervising contractors, certifying bills, monitoring quality, and ensuring codal compliance on site. SAPC can be engaged for either, or for both as an integrated service.

Five sectors: Government (CPWD, Police Housing, Healthcare, Defence-adjacent works), Semi-Government (PSUs, Insurance Corporations, Railways, NHSRCL, Power), Private (Builders, Developers, Industrial Houses), Institutional (Hospitals, Schools, Trusts), and Organizational (Corporate, Co-working, Multi-tenant commercial).

AutoCAD and Revit for architectural drafting and BIM; STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAFE for structural analysis; HAP and DIALux for MEP; MS Project and Primavera P6 for scheduling; Navisworks for BIM coordination. All software is licensed and used in compliance with vendor terms.

Yes. SAPC provides BIM modeling across LOD 100 to LOD 400 depending on project scope, including clash detection, 4D scheduling integration, and quantity take-off support. BIM is delivered using Revit and coordinated through Navisworks.

SAPC develops a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) at the start of every PMC engagement, implemented through site-level Quality Control (QC) protocols, material testing coordination, codal compliance audits, and structured daily/weekly/monthly progress reporting. RA bills are certified only against verified BOQ progress.

Yes. SAPC delivers turnkey interior projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial environments — covering concept design, procurement, installation, and handover. Interior turnkey engagements are particularly suited to corporate offices, hospitals, government departments, and educational institutions.

Yes. SAPC provides independent design vetting, proof checking, and codal compliance audits for designs produced by other consultants. This service is often engaged by clients seeking a second-opinion review before construction, by lenders during due diligence, or by government departments requiring third-party verification.

Initial contact can be made via email (sarjan.ahm.office@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 83203 92699).
